I got tired of feeling like a victim, I began researching how to empower myself. This was a new energy, personal power can be an exhilarating experience. It was time to take off my mask and stop pretending that I was this victim. Becoming self aware helped me see the real enemy, which are within. I went on a spiritual journey because I asked myself who am I, and what is the meaning of my life. I began to see that I had to look in the mirror, sometime later I began to realize that this is about self-awareness. I wanted to remember what past experiences conditioned me to be who I am now, I wanted to know who was in control, was it my pain, my insecurities, or my authentic self? Later I wanted to experience ego death, what many call spiritual enlightenment or a Conscious person. Years later, my yoga, and chakra experience led me to die and be reborn, this time with everlasting life. This path is not for everyone, working on yourself to become self-aware is more than enough. I used to believe just because someone was full of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, talking deep, I thought this meant that this person was conscious. I was constantly evolving, I later had more inner experiences that led me to witness that I was wrong, that is just a highly intellectual person who is aware of many, many things. The unaware are the majority which is society, living based on what is given, and eating and sleeping. This book was written to help inspire self forgiveness, guilty no more. I spent many years blaming everyone else for my personal issues, I found out that I was not willing to forgive myself and others. By blaming, and complaining kept me experiencing the same issues in my life. I realized that I can only be responsible for my own actions, no one forced me to do anything. Shame and blame were causing me to not love myself unconditionally. I wanted to become self aware, paying attention to my fllowing thoughts, instead of acting out. In order to heal I had to first accept my weakness, charater flaws, and mistakes without shame. This way I was able to forgive myself for not being perfect and also forgive others. I believe that there are spiritual methods to unload pain from our hearts. This is why becoming self-aware is important. I believe that we came here to experience life as it is, not selfishly how we want it to be. We all must experience the positive and negative, the problem happens when we deny the bad as if we are so special. We are also able to heal and detach from past experiences when we allow ourselves to grow inwardly. Negative experiences happen to help us mature. This is my journal based on my spiritual journey going inwards then coming out. I was seeking self awareness. This is not the truth just my truth, because the truth is your own. I write about letting go so that we can become who we are supposed to be. We all have the opportunity to become our greatest selves regardless of our personality flaws. My past experiences created many obstacles and challenges. I was bullied used and abused, I also hurt others too. I was drowning from abandonment issues, this is how I developed my narcissistic personality traits. I thought that I could bury my hurt feelings deep inside while I continued to live my life. I used to be full of regret, guilt, envy, shame, grief, and resentment. In 2011 I was somehow pulled into chakras, yoga, and tai chi. I had no idea where spirit was moving me. I have come to realize that I spent most of my life sleeping, this was an eerie feeling. I thought I knew who I was; I saw how my life was just a lie. I was not being the person that I pictured in my mind, it took inner work to become my best self. I needed to challenge my perception of myself and the world outside. I found myself experiencing higher consciousness as I journeyed deeper internally, my external reality was all an illusion, and that the only thing that is true is what’s within. I continued my quest because I wanted to experience spiritual enlightenment. Working on healing my chakras, I began to see how my pain and ignorance was the cause of my attractions and my life’s outcome. I began to see how my low self-esteem, a lack of confidence, and selfishness were ruling my behavior. I once thought that I knew it all and that I was so special. I was told that we should be in pursuit of happiness! I discovered that this is a controlled society, meaning man's laws that cause chaos instead of balance. This great mass deception was solely created to make industries rich off of humanity, the insecure dissatisfied human ego. The ego can never be satisfied, no matter how much we feed it. So how much money are you spending a month to feel happy? This is about self-awareness so that we develop self-control. I say invest time seeking something natural such as joy! Happiness is an emotion like sadness, mad, or gladness. Happiness comes from external stimuli, whereas joy is an internal blissful feeling that is infinite. Outside things that stimulate the 5 senses give us happiness, simple things as doing what we love creates a sense of happiness. Without joy, when we are not happy we tend to feel empty as if something is missing, the mind is constantly looking to be stimulated when we are dissatisfied with ourselves.
