The story opens in Melbourne in the mid 21st Century, as the world is on the brink of a calamitous nuclear conflict. Our hero, Simon Redhead, is a young university student who is unaware that his genetic make-up has conspired to make him a manifestation of the 'Everlasting Hero'. Simon is saved from the forces of evil that are also looking for him and taken to FirstWorld, where he learns about its history and the eternal battle between Law and Chaos into which he is to be thrust. FirstWorld is at the centre of the multiverse – perhaps an infinite number of dimensions that reflect the various probabilities of existence. Originally, there was a single universe and time was linear. We discover that Simon and another manifestation of the Everlasting Hero were responsible for the Sundering, which caused the formation of the multiverse. We are confronted with the possibility that Fate controls everything we do in life and that we have no control over our own actions. Simon finds a group of friends and colleagues to help him in his great quest. There’s a wizard (one of the last of the wise, created by the Great Old Ones to maintain the Balance), an elf, a dwarf, a human warrior, a being of currently uncertain parentage who is the Hero’s companion, and a strange fellow who is perhaps a bard and could be either a friend or a foe. There are possible friends and potential enemies around every turn. There’s a wizard turned evil, who is the main protagonist in Volume One, and there’s the big evil bad guy who won’t be vanquished (or will he?) until Volume Four. We follow two groups of this fellowship as they travel within FirstWorld and through the dimensions and have to overcome many challenges, as well as Simon’s individual journeys through time. Simon’s first quest is to find his Sword, a very powerful talisman, and learn how to control and use it. Others seek it too. When he finds it, there’s an internal moral struggle as to whether he should use its great power. After great soul searching and hiding away, Simon realises that he must accept and face his destiny as the Everlasting Hero and he must use the Sword to save his friends and defeat the evil wizard, just when all seems lost. Quest for Knowledge is available in a single E-Book or in four smaller parts. The Search for a Legend is Part 1 of Quest for Knowledge and takes Simon from his dimension to FirstWorld where he learns about the history and geography and discovers that everyone expects him to be their saviour. How can someone who has sworn to do no harm take up a terrible weapon and massacre people? Simon must come to understand good & evil, and the eternal battle between Law and Chaos and where The Balance fits in. His time travel adventure will contribute to the cause of The Sundering. Will he choose to stay in the past, where he has found happiness with a primitive Paleolithic tribe or will he return to the present to help his friends as their enemies are at the gates of the Wizards' Keep. This is epic fantasy inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien & Michael Moorcock - elves & dwarves meet sword & sorcery with a few time travel paradoxes thrown in for good measure. [mehr]

Hilltop is a town with rich history, and a large boarding school that used to be a palace. It is often called the degenerate hotspot. It was the school parents who were tired of their children will place them and forget they existed. From the outside, they have everything they can ever ask for but within lies untold secrets birthed from the rich history of the place. Kara is a girl who has no real name and has a fear of making friends for fear of them dying. Her entire life has been about her running, hiding and dealing with agents. Death compasses her and anyone she dares be friends with dies. For many years she has blames herself, now she just chooses to live withdrawn life. Climax a group of none humans who have taken to hiding on earth to escape a tyrant and have taken refuge. They stand out and this causes them to form their own group. This way they protect their secret and look after each other while they look over their shoulders awaiting the day, they are found out. Erica is a girl from a twisted home and was placed here because her father wanted a new life with his new family. At this point of her life she just wants to be a normal teenage and longs for friends. Daphne is a young girl who has lived in the boarding house longer than most longing to return home to her four brothers, crazy father and save her mother from the cult she is trapped in. They have the own plans but sadly so does the land of Hilltop. It has many plans for each of them. It is relentless and determined for them to help it for it also longs to be free. They work to set Hilltop free as their stories intertwine. This story as many of my other stories, this story takes place in a vanishing continent. The continent lies between the continent Africa and South America. I made up this continent, as there is not scientific prove of this but it is fun to imgine it, isnt it? ;) [mehr]

The present paper will outline the reasoning of Quantum Gravity and of New Physics rather than their technical details - as far as all that allows for separating those issues from each other. Causality will mark the open channel, entanglement the reaction channel. Parities are the key to understanding a black hole free of singularities. Space, time, and mass can be counted from the non-valence parts of a particle as occurrence rates of special double-quant properties; Higgs is dispensable. The spectrum of stable particles derives from the representation of our static multiverse. Its building universes give us the illusion of motion (like by a flip book). Lagrange's formalism and its canonical quantization prove as classical dead locks of obsolete centuries. The multitude of positive results - like the fine-structure constant calculated correctly, e.g. - speak in favour of New Physics, the total absence of "broken" quantum numbers in favour of a deeper "understanding" of nature. John D. Wightman creates a universe of mirrors in his continuing poetic sequence Coincides Yon Latrine, though not mirrors as reflections so much as translations, with one part of a middle-justified poem responding to one or more other center-justified parts, prey to the same invisible gravity. There is no set procedure—this is an artist's logbook and follows the caprices of the days—but one half usually involves modified translations of writing by Wightman’s poetic and philosophical predecessors (Baudelaire, Horace, Jammu and St. Augustine among others), and the other half is a response which can take on any number of forms of address, including the minimal Creeley-esque lyric, the Longport stew, or, most distinctly, the spontaneously spiritual or religious affirmation, making him sound often like a latter-day Henry Vaughn or, with his prolixity, John Clare. Coincides Yon Latrine is a strategically random, though thematically coherent, selection from the ongoing project, a pollifilistic bouquet of sorts of what can be called word sculptures—concrete, they challenge the rectilinear rightness on more than four fronts (multiverse) — or even musical compositions: Wightman, an avid fan of Stockhausen, views all of his text works as scores to an aural, if not conventionally "musical," performance.
