There comes a time in everyone's life, I believe, where we are either one of the 2 characters in the poem. Both are frightening and wonderful (to a point). Getting past the hard is what is truly beautiful.

Yes, it was written for a special someone who came into my life at just the right time. I agree though, it is a bit mushy but c'est la vie, non!

This poem is... pain-filled and full of longing! I really liked the line about sharing your sun and stars... excuse my paraphrasing. Beautiful and just the right amount of mushy for me. But I like mushy. You are one of my favorite authors on here.

I have read FOREVER yOURS. I really liked the title. it set the mood. It was a little mushy for my taste but it would work for the right person. I am sure that you HAVE written for that special one./joeparente
