Thank you for reading Dreams. Just this morning (Sunday) I finished the final touches to the revision, tightening up some of the scenes just a little. My plan when I first began writing the story a few years ago was to continue on after Book One with another. And then a third.

I sailed through the writing of that last chapter (in this revision) because I knew exactly how it should end. I obviously left the story open for Book Two. "Godspeed," Charles invoked his blessing, and we were off."

It hit me toward the end of the book that I'd left poor little Lashawna in the pits. That drove the ending scenes. I have the opportunity in Book Two to create all manner of danger, discovery, and no doubt that would include finding a young boy to bring back. Lots and lots of stuff can (and will) happen along the way.

Once again, thank you so much.

I am re-reading the book. Just found a major flaw! The number of days since the "event" occurred, and the scene inside the church rectory!!!! I have to revise the latter scene to account for it.

I have Lashawna saying that yesterday they were visiting relatives when the light struck, but previously I had Amelia and Munster walking around in her old neighborhood for several days before they set off to the cathedral rectory. Groan.
