The reproducibility of facts is the hallmark of a natural science, the impossibility of counting up to infinity that of a measuring process, and the "law of great numbers" that of statistics. A statement like "Nothing will come from nothing, and nothing gets lost" will yield conservation laws. Bell's own interpretation of his no-go theorems, then, will directly give Quantum Gravity, and its iteration the unification of all types of forces of nature ("New Physics"). The present paper will outline the reasoning of Quantum Gravity and of New Physics rather than their technical details - as far as all that allows for separating those issues from each other. Thermodynamic principles are imposing 2 alternative channels to us: A closed system will yield the reaction channel conserving probabilty, and an open system the dynamic channel. Causality will mark the open channel, entanglement the reaction channel. Parities are the key to understanding a black hole free of singularities. Space, time, and mass can be counted from the non-valence parts of a particle as occurrence rates of special double-quant properties; Higgs is dispensable. The spectrum of stable particles derives from the representation of our static multiverse. Its building universes give us the illusion of motion (like by a flip book). Lagrange's formalism and its canonical quantization prove as classical dead locks of obsolete centuries. The multitude of positive results - like the fine-structure constant calculated correctly, e.g. - speak in favour of New Physics, the total absence of "broken" quantum numbers in favour of a deeper "understanding" of nature. Quantum gravity (QG) reduces the infinite number of classical transformations to the finite number of their generators. As a Dirac algebra, they form the basis of a U(2,2) of 4x4=16 pairs of 4 discrete types of quanta. Einstein's General Theory of Relativity (GR) is a defective application of its conformal subgroup SO(2,4). The experiment identifies its CPT extension to a U(4,4) of a complex Lie algebra as a correct description of our universe in the large and the dynamics of quantised particles in the small. Black holes are free of singularities, swallow energy-momentum, and return spacetime. Pseudo-unitarity is the engine of time. Forces prove the "Theory of Everything" (ToE) to be an 8-fold degeneracy of QG, which, like GR, is fully geometrizable. It describes the world of elementary particles with their non-valence structures and flavours, dark energy, dark matter, and the filaments and voids of Galactic Walls. Weak interactions do not break any conservation law. Due to 8x8=2**6, the ToE provides exactly 6 Goldstone particles with spins 2, 1, and 1/2: graviton, photon, 3 left-handed neutrinos, a sterile meson. The graviton separates input from output; as a simulation effect of Young tableaux, antimatter is largely suppressed. QG and ToE attribute all physics solely to the occupation numbers of the ToE quantum types and to our current position in our universe. This way, ToE allows to derive the numerical particle spectrum including masses by theory. According to Bell's superdeterminism, our universe is invariant; there is no free will. For correcting Einstein‘s shortcuts (singularities, dark energy, dark matter), General Relativity (GR) urgently needs a quantisation uniting it with Higgs‘ data and Feynman‘s virtual states by some discrete dynamics (shell model) which, in addition, also will consistently predict resonance masses, coupling constants, and decay widths without breaking any symmetry. This is accomplished by a quantum gravity (QG) based on Dirac. Nature is considered as a static tensor made of discrete quanta subjected to a hyperbolical imbalance, embedded in a Matrioshka nesting providing dynamics and ToE-forces. With energy as the spin-like engine of time, motion just is varying observer positions in terms of a sequence of quantum leaps. Dark matter will split the matter left into valences (forces) and non-valences (dynamics) with the CPT-theorem generating horizons which create drastically transformed but equivalent dynamics beyond their causality barriers (event horizon, big bang). The cosmological constant yields Hubble‘s law, Feynman‘s propagators, and resonance widths. ToE reduces physics just to count numbers of quanta per quantum type. The mount-variant makes GR free of singularities and allows a complete geometrization of all ToE-forces according to Einstein’s GR. Kant’s “Prolegomena“ urgently needs an update. Space, time, matter - what really is all that? What are charges, what flavours? What is preventing time from running backwards? Quantum Gravity is describing all that - consisely, comprehensively, to the point. The Grand Unified Theory (GUT = ToE = "Theory of Everything"), finally, is caring for the rest by relating all forces of nature to each other. Parities are the peep-holes into strange worlds before the Big Bang and beyond the event horizon. Everything is calculable, even the transitions there. By working out the value of the fine-structure constant, theory opens to recognizing Dark Matter as the cradle of visible matter; the GUT is demonstrating birth and properties of ordinary matter out of Dark Matter and by what its creation process is stopped again. A totally novel assessment is arising with respect to neutrino oscillations. Pauli's principle explains physically. Einstein's cosmological constant is demystified. Dark Energy, cosmic inflation, the number of dimensions we are living in are not any more dully accepted from outside - theory is deriving all that. As a matter of fact, the gateway to developing Quantum Gravity has been widely open since Einstein, Planck, and Dirac. Only, nobody has passed its threshold; nuclear fission had changed priorities. Then, Gell-Mann had knocked at the door of the GUT. This time, however, it was the "Standard" model to crash the door back into its frame, and the string model sealed the lock. - Meanwhile, the model succeeded in smuggling into the open underneath the feet of its jailers, ready for being applied more extensively. The "Standard Models" out of date and inconsistent, and string/brane models still "beyond" them - long since they reached their ends. A New Physics must come. Marrying Planck's quantum theory with Einstein's General Relativity, the author is presenting a consistent Quantum Gravity. Its extension to a "Grand Unification" of all forces of nature emerges as a quantum field theory in a fully quantized, "background-independent", bent space-time. Dark Energy, Dark Matter, hadron and lepton flavours, the details of Einstein's cosmological constant, and much more is dropping out by the way. The quark confinement, the physics before the Big Bang, and a lot of old problems of fundamental physics are dissolving to nothing, explaining themselves as self-evident properties of nature.
