I'm happy to say the plot became more twisty and complex as it went on. I still think some things could have been done in greater depth, but in the end it's a love story, so I understand the lack of politicking.
Anyway, a good read!

I'm only one third through so far...
The writing style is fairly straightforward, if you'll excuse the phrase, and the plot thus far hasn't been really surprising, but it's holding my interest.
One point. Sometimes you use 'thy' and other olde English, and other times you don't. It's probably best to either use one or the other, rather than a mix. I had this very same issue with one of my (rare) short stories, so I changed it... mehr anzeigen
I apprecitate all comments. Makes me a better writer, but that's not the book I was telling you about. The one that's got all the sex is called "Seduction." Check that one out next. :-)
