When I started reading your book, it was very much like I was reading the story of Superman. It threw me off from reading the rest of your book.

Hey Tesiris - I checked out your book this morning. It's promising, you have the potential to be a good fantasy writer. There were a few things that threw me off - like how the Hero could talk "from birth," I would at least set it to like.. he started talking when he was 1 or so. A baby that can talk when it's a day old is a little creepy.

Also, Ima's death.. just kinda happens. I'm not sure how or why she dies; she's standing there then suddenly she is dead. I need a little more here.

I think you've got to be ready to put way way more work into this. You've got a good start, but it would do you a lot of good to finish it, then rewrite it, edit it again, etc. Outline it and check your pacing. I usually write a book about three times before anyone else actually reads it. This shit takes a lot of work! :D Don't be afraid to put the hours in. Don't wait for someone else to tell you whether or not the book is good; either finish it or start a new, better one.
