Well, there is one change in the White House many of us expect to see, shortly
after the midterm elections, oh say January 2019. The evidence may be
available before then but Paul and Mitch will dissemble with their usual
excuses—he’s new to politics, Hillary’s emails, Bill’s treatment of women,
Barack was born in Kenya, etc.

As NO COLLUSION Donald might say, who knew money laundering could be so
complicated? Or that Michael Cohen couldn’t write a contract that would
properly buy off Stormy? Or that Bob Mueller is the one with the red pen who
gets to determine where the lines are and he is allowed to walk where the
facts lead him?

As Obama said, “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that
we seek.”

Forget blue wave, let’s go for blue tsunami. The Doug Jones and Conor Lamb
victories tell us character counts and that if we work hard, field great
candidates, knock on doors, and get out the vote, we can change the landscape.
Election Day is coming, let’s make it a day of reckoning.
