All that's needed is a few tiny edits, a little polishing, and another hundred pages. It's incomplete, but so far the story is a better arranged than a good number of the published works with the same theme in the teen section at the library. Finish it, polish it, send it to an editor and who knows. Schools and libraries are quick to pick up 'coming out' novels at this time, even edgy ones (drinking/smoking/partying). Your book isn't too explicit and could easily slip into the Teen section.
I'm not joking. Finish it. Clean it up. And send it to a publisher.
There is a market for your book. $$$
