My name is Victoria, most people call me Tori. Strange though, I have a name I’ve never been called yet it seems familiar. A kind smile can be deceiving when you know nothing of your past. Seven years have disappeared from me and I want them back. But I am left only with questions, a batty Granma (who possesses an eerily sense of calm in all the wrong moments) and yet I've only had the pleasure to meet her only once. In a strange town even strangers things begin to happen, all starting with the so called children of the night.
My mind a fury of blocks threatening to render me broken.
But broken isn’t me.
