much more beneficiary on the aspect of
gaining stars/votes on the strength of
acquaintances/canvassing unlike outsiders.

starring and voting on poesy of any author, though quite a democratic modus
operandi, methinks, voting for any matter or any aspect, whether in the
elections/selections, it goes without
saying that, it involves implied grouping based on friendships, locus standi or hired/induced/partialcasting. Members of any jury are thus anticipated to be deciding on the basis of merits of the poesy irrespective of the name and fame of poet contestants. Moreover, "Poetic-Parameters" need be observed while ranking any poesy. To fecilitate this aspect, I have attempted to lay down the frame-work of poesy vide my poem "POETIC PARAMETERS" inserted just below my Winter Poems in my contesting book "HAPPY 2010" created only yesterday,which may be perused, if deemed necessary and appropriate.
"SELECTIONS BY ELECTIONS" ARE RARELY
FAIR ACTIONS".
