I was prompted to read this via the K2C forum and boy am I glad I did. All I can say is Captivating yes I used a capital C because this is outstanding writing.

Although the character names and places depict a fantasy world, it could also be medieval England. The reader is drawn in with ease by this clever writer. I love historical stories and quite like fantasy, here, we have both.

Scene setting, character and dialogue are almost perfect. I won’t dwell on typos or missing words here and there because the story is so good. What happens next?

This is a must read. No bells and whistles or promotion, not even a cover, but this little peek at the story is one of the best I’ve read in this genre. I hope you finish it.

Um, wow? That was fabulous! There were only two or three typos/grammar errors, and I am completely enraptured. You've got the dialogue down pat! My only suggestion would be to make the font a little bigger. Right now, it's difficult to read. BUT totally worth it.
