As a new member, the best way to get people to read and comment on your book is to start by reading and leaving meaningful comments on others'. It took me a while to figure this out when I first joined, but once I started doing that, I found nearly every story I posted got lots of helpful feedback. As an author website, BookRix is a great place to get the kind of interaction with other writers that help us all hone our craft.
