I have been self harming for a year now

self-harm is something most people who do it can't put into words. They can't describe why they do what they do. It's not that easy. And if you've never done it, You will never understand. It's like describing color to a blind person. you can't tell them to stop, because I promise you they won't. you just have to be there for them & hope they choose to pick up a phone & call you over picking up a razor.

repost or comment if you have ever taken a blade to that beautiful body of yours, skipped a meal at least once on purpose, cried yourself to sleep because you weren't good enough, tried any form of self-harm or thought of/attempt to take away your own life. I'm here for anyone who needs someone to talk to. I support and love everyone for who they are.

I skipped a meal on purpose. I cry a lot. But I never really cried myself to sleep
