Why don't you think about making a cook book called 'One Pan Wonders'? I'd like to see some of the recipes you've used and loved.

While I sit in my hospital bed
I try to not dwell
On the why's and what for
I remind myself
That I chose this path
To focus on my health
To persue that which
Will help me to find
Inner peace and happiness
