Hey I just wanna say something -- I have to deal with depression and anxiety and abuse and dude, it's totally not easy. Add dysphoria and getting over self harm and its pretty hard. But you're not gonna get better with a profile like that. Don't surround yourself with that kind of stigma!! Yeah, "changing your thinking" isn't gonna cure you and it isn't gonna magically make you happy, but it's something you HAVE to do to get better. It's not the only thing, but it's one.

Being suicidal really sucks. I tried to off myself a month or so ago and it was horrible. But you HAvE to accept that you feel that way sometimes, and instead of acting on it lie down and close your eyes and listen to music. Self harm grounds someone; you need another alternative. Like music. Draw on your skin. Eat something.

You can talk to me about it if you want. I hate having to have EVER felt those things and I don't want anyone else to. :)
