Strange how your mother will happily tell your story, yet will not mention it to you. Almost as though by telling it, this makes a good story but to talk to you about it, makes it into something she does not wish to admit happened.

You've inspired me . . . I had similar experiences on some narrow roads in London -- on my first visit to the particular area. Felt really frightened and sick to the stomach -- only to learn later, those flashes of awful memories, were happening to me in the area in which Jack The Ripper once terrorized the women.
