Buffy returns in a new life as Echo swanson. A high preached girl.
Echo was never really into myths and legends intill the day she stopped a shoplifter with karate. After then Echo searches the internet,libraries,and her family history. Nothing besides an old blank journal that has Echo's name on it. Echo's late mother knew of Echo's destiny and gave her this to write her thoughts in.

The point is that Echos is The Slayer. You don't want to mess with her.
