I have a friend who loves Hellsing. Is it as violent as Higurashi no nako koro ni? That anime traumatized me with its torture scenes (I couldn't turn away). Some series that I read are Saint Young Men, Sukitte ii na yo, Reimei no Arcana, Akumetsu and Aphorism. Some of them are action and comedy, you might like them :)

I'll check that one out soon. Have you seen the anime Sakamichi no Apollon. It was one of my favorite slice of life/ musical animes ever.

Yeah, I know her name is cool though. All their names or their titles have a pun to them. Its just so intriguing. I've never heard of that one, what's it about?

Shinobu is a strange one, I like how she laughs. And yeah her tone is cool, she strikes me as one of the most bad-ass characters in the series.

Sweet, I used to be a huge Bleach fanatic. And the Araragi scene was my favorite of that season. I'm so anxious to see the movie but sadly it won't make it to the US until next summer.
