An exciting and entertaining introduction to a little-known period of European history. This book deserves a wide readership.

I'm not a fan of historical fiction but I liked reading this. I'm not yet done though. I like how you described the events and put tension to the characters. But more than anything else, I like this because it reminds me of my country's history (my country was once colonized by the Spanards and other foreign men). It made me imagine how life was for my ancestors some centuries ago. I just had a hard time reading it because of the small font. But you have my vote.
If you have time, you might want to read my entry as well. It's not as good as yours but it has a nice twist. The title is "London's Dream Diary". Thank you.
