I COULD RELATE TO THE MEMORIES OF BACK IN THE DAYS WHEN WINTERS WERE REALLY WINTERS YOU KNOW? I WAS BORN AND RAISED IN UPSTATE N.Y SO WE USED TO GET HIT BY ENDLESS MOUNDS OF SNOW! I MISS THEM DAYS BECAUSE TIMES SEEMD BETTER BACK THEN, MAYBE BECAUSE I WAS A KID AND DID NOT HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES I HAVE NOW. THANK YOU FOR WRITING A PIECE THAT MADE ME GO BACK TO THE GOOD OLE DAYS..(IT WOULD BE THE SNOW STORM OF 82 FOR ME!).

I know...those were the days! I look at the photos from those days and wish that I could go back and fully appreciate the people,places and things that are so easily taken forgranted.

I had a black and white picture of my cousin, brother and me standing next to a snowbank that was at least 5 feet high...I remember that day like it was yesterday...if I had a time machine :-)
