You are a brave girl indeed and I know that most mature and sympathetic adults will see beyond the lie you told. They will see the little frightened girl that sits beneath the words of desperation...wanting only acceptance, affection and praise.

It is not easy being a teenager. There are so many obstacles to overcome, and it appears you have faced more than most. Now is the time to change your outlook on life. You did something wrong, but you owned up to it. That is huge. That means you are facing your problems and doing something to change.

Life is never easy, but there is ALWAYS someone to turn to. If that person is not physically close by, there are a hundred here who will give you virtual hugs and reassurance.

Look in the mirror and see who you are. A young woman determined to do only good in this life. Always tell the truth, be a friend to others, but most of all LOVE YOURSELF. Unless you love yourself, you can never love another.

You have learned a hard lesson, but guess what? We have all made huge mistakes in our lives and we have been forgiven too. Now is the time for you to work hard, write as much as you can, and live a good life.
