Very good job at taking the reader back to the late 18th century, and enabling them perceive the world from the eyes of a slave, while maintaining the historical relevance of our present time.

thank you very much. I wanted to do a story that celebrates what i saw and felt when it was announced that he would be elected the president. I know that since then people have been skeptical about what he is doing (healthcare,etc.) but i chose to stay away from that.
