I must say, the details in this story are amazing. There are some redundancies here and there but overall I found this to be a great read. I'm glad that history seems to be a focal point for a lot of your inspiration.

Amazing. I could feel the gusts of warm wind and hear the roaring of the wild river in the introduction.

I loved how you opened the first chapter, as well as how you continued! It was a perfect blend of description and narration.

However, at the end of the second paragraph in chapter 1, you did start to fall into a 'listing' way of writing, as in beginning several sentences with 'the' in a row.

Overall, outstanding job! This book was awesome :) Keep writing!
