I think S stands for sunset. When Will is to watch the sunset, he realizes that this is the beauty of life. He finally stopped worrying about work and just relaxed and focused on this sunset. The thing that show that a day is ending. This made Will realize how the days have been slipping away and he needs to get his act together before it's too late.

I think S stands for smile because it seems like the whole point of this floor was to make Will happy. He says multiple times how calm and happy he feels when on this floor.

I think "S" stands for serenity because on the floor Will was on he did some meditating which calmed him down. Will also watched the sunset which was really peaceful to him. At the end of the book Will learned to live in the moment, which was a big deal for him.

S stands for "set" because Will is now ready for his new life, and he is set. The whole time KPO was SETTING will up for success.

I think the "S" stands for smile. At the end of the book Will is finally happy for the first time in forever. At then end of the story Will's last action is smiling

"S" stands for serenity because in this chapter it is about relaxing and creating a peaceful environment so Will can realize how important each and every moment is important and that time should be spend with loved ones, and not working or checking the stock marker

The floor "S" could possibly stand for satisfaction because of Will's satisfied tranquil manner. When Will was learning to find the reasoning behind his mistakes, Thich made him throw all of his problems behind and have Will find what truly mattered in his life: not greed, but family. As his time in "S" ended, Will discovered what he couldn't find with the other levels, and was peaceful and satisfied for what his time had concluded to.

"S" stands for serenity because in this chapter of KPO Will is able to realize that he will never win back the love of his family if he can't find happiness in living in the moment. So while spending the evening with Thitch, Will doesn't think about anything but the sunset and is able to find total serenity before leaving KPO.

I think that "S" stands for start because Will notices that his life needs to change and that he is getting a fresh start. After spending time at KPO, Will acquired the fact that he needed to change his life and stop being so selfish. Leaving KPO, he has a new outlook of life and gets to start his life over not thinking of himself as much, but think about others, especially his family.

S may stand for serenity because of the serene nature of the floor. Will finds his inner peace when talking to Thitch and looking at the sunset. This helps him to realize how focused he has been on money and work and teaches him to live more in the moment.
