I think that "S" stands for satisfaction. The whole section was about being mindful and satisfying yourself (with the tea). The "S" floor is also the only floor that actually 100% convinced him of the error in his ways. Or maybe it stands for symbolism.

I think that "S" stands for Sage, because in this chapter, Will has countless pieces of wisdom instilled into him thanks to Thitch. Will is able to learn how to appreciate what he had and how to be a new man once he leaves. especially when he says that words mean less than actions, and he was goin to show KPO what they had taught him in his new life.

I think that "S" stands for sunset because in the chapter Will learns that he should enjoy life in the moment and not in the future. He learns this as he watches the sunset with Thich.

I think that "S" stands for serenity, as the concept of the floor was to be put into a peaceful, serene state. He was revealed to all of the things he did that were wrong and learned that he should live in the moment. With the negatives gone, he was put into a serene state.

I think that "S" stands for smile because in the last sentence of the book, it states that Will smiles and he is satisfied. Will learns what his priorities should be and gains wisdom, acknowledging his mistakes. Before, Will took advantage of what he had and neglected his family. Now, he learned what is genuinely important and that wealth shouldn't be more important than his family. Will was sad and discouraged by his actions... mehr anzeigen

The short story “KPO” has a good basis behind it and for some people it is understandable and relates to their own lives. However, the story itself is exceedingly monotone and nothing entertaining happens.

I believe the last floor in “KPO," Floor S, represents serenity and sageness. On Floor S, the man, Will, brings peace to himself and realizes where his priorities should lie. He gains wisdom of how to fix his mistakes, and... mehr anzeigen

I think S means sunset because a majority of the chapter centered around Will realizing the beauty of the sunset. It also shows that Will was too busy with work to recognize a beautifu thing and he has just realized it.l
