I think "S" stands for satisfaction. When will left the Ironey department, he had many questions. After will visits "s" he is satisfied. He learns to live life and enjoy the moments he is living in and make the best of it. Before he came to the "s" department, he he didn't realize what he had, and how working kept him firm living his life and beating with his family. Now satisfied, he can move on in life or try to make things... mehr anzeigen

I think "S" stands for sage. Sage means wise. On this floor William beneifitted from the wisdom of Tiche, the monk. He learned to think a bout life in a new way, to start over. Meditation and sunsets tend to be symbols of wisdom. Many people need to be wise to truly appriciate meditation and sunsets. With his newly gained wisdom Will is going to start his "new life" and make it better than ever.

I think that "S" stands for satiety. This is words means something along the lines of satisfaction. Will no longer was constantly wanting more. He no longer felt innocent. He finally was able to realize what he had and what he lost due to his greedy way of life. He doesn't miss his old car anymore because he sees the one he has know will do just as well in getting him where to go. He is satisfied and content with his life... mehr anzeigen

I think that the "S" stands for serenity. On this floor, Will becomes at peace with himself and what he was, unlike before when he was constantly wanting more. Tiche the monk also teaches Will to be happy with the present moment through watching the sunset, meditating, and drinking tea. Will no longer is worrying about the future, which in his past life, he would do more than he would think about the present, and therefore... mehr anzeigen

I believe the final floor in KPO, floor "S", stands for sunsets. Throughout his experiences on the floor, he was overcome by calm and serene thoughts. Although the whole chapter wasn't dedicated to the heart-warming sunset Will encounters towards the end, it holds a large slot in the significance of the chapter. While watching the beautiful sunset, Will finally comes to a solid conclusion on how he can solve his selfish ways.... mehr anzeigen

I think that "S" stands for serenity. When he entered the Irony floor and the "F" floor, his mind was filled with thoughts that caused him to be overwhelmed and confused in that environment. Unlike those moments, when he reached the "S" floor he was given a new peace of mind that made him calm, patient, and relaxed. Overall, the "S" floor made him understand the true importance in life and what he should and should not do... mehr anzeigen

I think "S" stands for serenity. During his time with KPO, Will is confused and stressed. He regrets being neglectful towards his family and their needs. He wants to make things right in his life. After his time with KPO is done, Will forgets about everything he has done wrong in the past. He decides to start a new life and at this point, he is finally at peace with himself.

I think "S" stands for symbolism. In the chapter Thich tells Will how some things symbolizes feelings and other things in this world. He explains to Will that the tea portrays satisfaction and contentment, the lotus flower represents long life, health, honor, and good luck, and the turtle represents heaven and earth. All of these are examples of symbolism. This made Will look deeper and appreciate the little things in life.... mehr anzeigen

I think "S" stands for satisfaction. After Will's visit with Thich he now understands how to live and enjoy the moment he is living in. He now has the satisfaction of enjoying life. He used to be so worried about the future and how to make his future better but didn't realize that he is missing out on life that was happening in the moment. Maybe now that he can live in the moment he can rebuild his relationships with his... mehr anzeigen
