THIS is good. When I began reading, I thought immediately of Lily and Ray in another (famous) book. Abused daughter, brutal father, dead mother, sore knees. Excellent how you consciously or unconsciously drew a parallel storyline.
Your images and prose are exquisite. Please finish this up and find an agent!
