Very good. Read it through. You really need to continue it. Your discription of that filthy society is easily and clearly visualized, like a film.

So far so good on your new story. I would like to read more. You have done a remarkable job on descriptions. Writing in first person is tricky however you put things together in first person narrative.
This may work and I would like to see the story develop. Let me know as the story progresses./joeparente
