If only I had known the sadness
Raging in your soul,
I'd have sent an angel, bearing light
In a dazzling, golden bowl.
Poor compared to your soul-wrenching work, buddy, but I've noticed a deeply contemplative tone to your poems. Such is the heart of great poetry. Another Laz gem. Thanks for writing it.

Speaking of illusions and illusionists...have you seen The Illusionist? Great movie. If you haven't...here's the link.

Dog-eared book. Either WT or else The Shadow of the Wind. Ch. 30 in that one is maybe the funniest chapter of a novel I've ever read. Fermin and Daniel go to a home for the dying run by nuns :)
The Illusionist...you've hooked me!
