Good start, though as others have already said, you need to watch grammar and punctuation. This is probably a rough draft and I don't tend to get crazy about editing a rough draft, but at some point you'll want to address it. I'm going to rework your opening page, correcting some of these problems and send it to you in a private message. Hope you'll find it helpful and keep on writing. Practice makes perfect and it takes lots of practice with this writing business.

I changed Kayla's name to Annabel. I have another book that I started writing first and the main character's name is Kayla and I'm not ready to give it up yet so I had to change this character to Annabel.

I'm only uploading a few pages at a time. There is more coming, don't worry. I have a major spelling problem and I know it. My friends got me a dictionary but I don't like using it, sorry. This book will be part of a series that I am writing with my best friend and maybe if everyone likes this book I'll upload the others.
