Thank you, Carol! The odd part of all this is that I wrote it as a kind of therapeutic comic relief for myself. I recently wrote (and finished) a rather intense story that took a lot out of me because it's very serious, and I needed something to prod me in the funny bone so I'd lighten up a bit. This was the prod. So what's so amazing is the incredible, overwhelmingly positive responses I've been getting. I'm completely blown away by how kind and supportive everyone has been in giving me hearts and saving this to their favorites. This has given me yet another of those Sally-Field-At-The-Oscars moments, and I've about run out of words to thank everyone adequately for their wonderful reaction to the story. Good heavens.

Anyway, and again, thank you!
