Thank you so much! I hadn't gotten a lot of response for this, so I kind of put it aside for a while. However, it was fun to write, and since you're interested, I'd be glad to add to this. As soon as I get a typo fixed on the back cover of a book I just published in paperback and get Book III of my series through its final edit and out to the publisher, I'll get back to Double Take. Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and appreciate your kind comment. I'll be adding to it as soon as I finish editing another book that the publisher has been patiently waiting for me to submit, lol. That means I should be able to get back to "Double Take" before the end of the month.

I think you should complete the story. Its one of the books where you dont want to put down until it ends. But some of the emotions are a bit lacking. I know its written but when Im reading it I cant seem to feel it.

I agree. I wrote it one afternoon after being asked to read what had to be the nine-hundredth vampire story on the site, and in sheer frustration, decided to vent my frustration with a lot of sarcasm. I do that by writing snide stories, lol.

I just took a look at it, and see that it was posted long enough ago that the site changes have left it wanting in terms of formatting, so I'm going to fix that, and probably work a bit on the prose, too, while I'm at it.

Its a pleasure and your story do have a nice ring to it.. I know, I have read some of the stories posted on this site and most of them gives me a headache but there are very creative and great writers too. And your one of them.
