While reading your story I found myself thinking what you were saying RUN! The movies on t.v. make me just want to scream at the silly things they do. I don't know how I would react, I hope I would run. Good writing Serena
I almost saw Vincent Price narrating, as in Thriller! Excellent, Judy. We don't get to see too many 2nd POV stories, and this one was very, very good. Yes, that ending kind of shocked me:) NICE.
I for one did not want to run away from your story. It was marvelous!! And as I said to someone else before deliciously scrumptious. I found it quite familiar to the thoughts I have when I'm watching a movie: "Run the other way!! Don't stare at the ghost it will eat you!" But, yeah they always die.
Kudos.

Doesn't that drive you crazy? Everyone knows the baddies are out there waiting, but the dumb movie characters seem to have left common sense and self-preservation buried under a rock on another planet, and walk toward trouble every time! Anyway, I'm really glad you enjoyed the... mehr anzeigen
Oh my goodness! Yes. I mean where the heck do they find it smart to go and have a nice chat with the psychotic killer after they found out he was the killer? But anyway yeah it drives me crazy! :D

I don't read horror any more or at least I try not to but I was lured in by the short promise...should have kept my door closed and lights on.

Cute ending. Judy, I always love, love, love your work. This one was good, but not your best. Too much tell and not enough show. I am absolutely exhausted from reading so many stories, so forgive my brutal frankness.
