All I can say is this: Judy is a writing genius. Unbelievably funny - satiric humor at its best. "Bitch on a stick" - I almost fell off my chair. This is great stuff, Judy, and deserves to be a real book, published, etc. I am thoroughly entranced and wait breathlessly for a "nibble" at the rest of it. . . .absolutely and honestly loved every minute of it.
Oh, my - how can I thank for for such praise? I'm unusually and nearly speechless! Coming from someone I consider to be one of the best writers on the site, I am truly honored that you enjoyed the story so much. Well, guess I should finish the story, then. Wow. Thank you!

Something really has to grab my attention to get me to read the whole thing in one sitting, Scratch That did exactly that! I laughed aloud many times as your unique and quirky take on a familiar situation carried me along. Deva's witty inner voice and sarcastic denial are engaging and very human... now let's see how the animal behaves!

Guess I'm trying to alternate between the two, something that's helping me stay sharp to avoid cross-overs.
It was odd not having you around for the past several days, but I was glad you had a chance to get away. Did you get an opportunity to relax and/or de-stress at all? Getaways and vacations are fun with family and kids, but sometimes moms don't get to chill as much as everyone else. Well, I hope you did.
Lots of strange stuff going on - offers from a who-the-heck-are-you publishing company to publish "Animaton" (said they were interested in my manuscript - ha! It's only like two chapters - liars). I looked them up on the web; seems they're the literary world's equivalent of ambulance-chasers. Also, a friend request from some guy who wanted me to e-mail him directly. A few other people on the site questioned that whole thing, and I think management said something to him, because he started posting regular stuff after that. Not sure what to think of it. I sent Publish America $200 on the 11th so they would e-mail me the forms to update/edit my MacDara Chronicles manuscript, but still haven't heard from them. How long does it take to send an e-mail? Hmmm. Could be trouble on that front.
Sigh. Okay, I've talked your poor ear off now, and should probably shut up and sign off. Glad you're back, though - let me know if you've posted or uploaded anything to read.
