Oddly enough, vamps didn't even cross my mind. Maybe because of all of the vampire stories coming out, as well as movies, my mind just overloaded and wiped em out!

I am surprised you didn't include the infamous vampire in here. Legendary sucker of blood I think would surely warrant a place in your book? Just a thought. :)

Another one you could add is a type of bad fairy known as the Sidhe (pronounced Shee) I believe. Don't know much about them though. Good luck with your book!

A good collection of some of the nasties featured in folklore and myth and various belief systems. Another one you may want to add would be the Gorgon. Medusa was a type of Gorgon in Greek mythology. The link I sent you should have that creature on it as well as many others. :)

this is a very good book for research for supernatural creatures. Great job. Do fairies next (some of them are bad too!)

Thank you, guys! I was researching certain creatures for my other book Beyond the Veil and I realized that everything would be just a whole lot easier if there was one book that had a lot of different creatures for people like me, so I decided to try it.

You have done some great research. I too agree with Judycolella, it's a good source of information for anyone wanting to write fantasy or even horror. I would buy it. Keep up the good work :)
