Still need to work on the background. :( Perhaps a little better?

I noticed a big error on my last pinboard notice. I wrote that the painting I used in my background was by Clemens von Franckenstein. Clemens von Franckenstein was not even a painter, he was an opera composer. The artist is unknown; the painting was found in the collection of Franckenstein. I don't know how I came to write it the way I did. Please excuse the error.

Ho hum. I can't say I'm happy with my profile as it is, but I need some rest so it will have to do for now. The background is from a painting by the artist Clemens von Franckenstein (1875-1942) titled something like "Exciting Story" in German. Editing it in GIMP to be broken into the two parts was much more edit intensive than I originally thought, some of which, I suppose, is that I'm working with a *digital* copy of a really old *painting*.

More excitingly, I'm on Bookrix! My dad is a member and has been pestering me to join since he did a short while back, and I finally caved. Hooray!
