I don't know what it is about you, Glen, but you make me want to make notes all the time.
So, here's a lovely little short. It's the sort of tale that is exactly right in it's length and delivery of.
I saw Meli mentioned the font. You really got us on that one didn't ya? i was thinking: why why why? And then of course I realised the reason you did it.

I am wondering if it's allowed to be honest and/or wise to do it that way. i mean if you offered this to someone like Sue Moorcroft at Writers Forum, she probably wouldn't read past page two, so disturbed she'd be about the use of the incorrect font.
So, back to my notes..
1. 'Find remembrances of the hours we...' I don't understand that sentence. What do you mean?
2. 'Soaking up every word as if my life depended on it'. That's not a proper sentence.
3. 'Liquid-blue eyes' Do you mean blue liquid? Liquid-blue! Um, I can't make sense of it.
4. You started a new paragraph with 'Or when she...' That's a no no.
5. Last paragraph on page 9, you wrote 'together' 3 times.
6. 'Oft times'. What does that mean?
7. Try and avoid cliches. You wrote 'apple of my eye' and 'green eyed monster' in the same passage.
8. I don't see why you left such a big gap between the end of the diary and the finale. Again, as i mentioned in your other book, just double line space.
9. You wrote '...chest of the gentleman's chest'. Don't use repeated words in a sentence.
10. I haven't got a number 10.
I saw your video earlier about this book and i loved the spirit you demonstrated in that. But even without the video I would still have voted for this story. i really liked it.
Well done and good luck
