This was such a great story. I loved it from beginning to end. It's one of those stories I wish I could have written.
I am speechless with this story. Every paragraph was filled with so much emotion. The last paragraph however made my heart skip, it is absolutely a great story. I would definitely buy it if I ever saw it in stores just for the joy of collecting such a wonderful story. Awesome as ever. A poignant story, driven and desperate, hope against hope in a barren waste of hopelessness.
I'm not sure I want to say I like because it certainly leaves no opening for a happy ending but then watching us kill, maim, and rape including our land, it is hard to see a happy ending in the natural.
The last book I read of Stephen King's was the Stand and I could see the parallel with the aids epidemic and the overwhelming despair that encompasses.
Your book evoked the same feelings - your book is excellent!
