Oh, I just wanted to answer the question, NYC is divided into 5 boroughs (Brooklyn, queens, staten island, Bronx, Manhattan) and each borough is divided into sub areas. Each has an area code. East New York is the east most part of Brooklyn. Jackson Heights is up in Queens.
