Good to hear you and yours are alright. Here...the weather has been great...warm and sunny. Some rain...but that's welcomed.

My wife and I were just there. We left for home 3 days b4 quake. Scary
So...that's why we haven't heard much from you....busy playing around on Facebook...lol.
I have a favor to ask. Can you read and judge my Drabbles contest? So far I think there are 6 entries. And possibly a couple late ones coming soon...Deadline for entries is the end of this month.

Hey Pat, Seemed to have lost the last post with the top ten on the contest that said authors of stories would be given later. With the many great stories that we were all allowed to read, would like to give personal comments to the writers. Or, will this occur after the judges vote?

Dang it - lol Knew I should have read it first before submitting - there were only 3 in the above 30's and felt I needed to just put something in. Anyhow - no big deal - it was fun to do something like that again and thanks to you and all for puttin' it on.
Honestly, the FUN of writing, reading what others had written, kicking myself in the butt for not having taken longer to edit and refine my stories:) :) :)...these were the neatest things about "the old" contests here. In so many ways it drew all of us closer and uplifted the community.
True That! I have tried some of the other break off sites like Marc created etc. . . but conversation styles are confusing and can't stick with them. Took your advice early on to put my books on amazon and amazon kindle. Not making any money - but at least by offer free promos -... mehr anzeigen
