I just saw this...Opened it and have begun to read. Let me finish after work today:) Your writing always makes me smile...or cry.
Still waiting...need your blessing before I can sleep well again.
Your buddy Laz
Hello Felix. Thanks for the request. I am looking forward to getting to know you and the other authors on here. Have you written 58 books on here? How long have you been a writer? Is is just a passion/hobby? Or has this been full time for you? Do sales do well thru this site once the books are finished? Im trying to write two books that have been started a while ago, just not completed. Lexy Lane Series Life in The Fast Lane... mehr anzeigen
Felix, I do apologize for being so negative on this space. Good day to you.
Hi Lexi and Bernard,
If I might address Bernard's statement first...don't be dismayed at all. Worldwide (i just checked) there are over 680,000 new books published yearly on average. A few of them are by very well-known and revered writers, but percentage-wise, and I don't know... mehr anzeigen
Thank you for this. I have just read a short story, and needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Once again, thank you!
Hi Patrick,
I just came to talk to you because I'm desperate for someone to, well, talk to. My co-authors either haven't been online in weeks or just aren't interested anymore in what I'm doing. You have a very insightful way of thinking, and I remember your kind words about Dusk way back when I finished it.
This is a rather big favor I'm asking of you, but I'm not as popular here on BookRix as some of the others, and,... mehr anzeigen
Yes Hannah, I'll try. It will have to wait (forgive me) until after the 25th. I'm also helping another good friend, but I'll do what I can:)
Merry Christmas!
Patrick
We should start a poetry group...called similar to "Dead poets' society".
Maybe "The Dead Poets' Circle".
What do you think? We can post poems once a week. Even occasionally our own.
Thanks, T:) You are, of course, absolutely correct! (Can a person be almost correct, lol?)
Knowing Laz, I think his idea was tongue-in-cheek anyway:) :) :)
And thanks for the kudo vis a vis my (terrible) poem:) A poet I ain't, lol.
Roses mostly are red
Violets are a nicety
Let's then go guys and,
Resurrect "Dead Poets' Society.'
(free verse)
I don't read much poetry, but your lines where clean and simple to understand :). And if you think I was almost correct, then that's fine lol.
Just stoppin by to say Howdy doo :) TTUL pops ~Faith
:) Back at ya'!
Hi, I just came across your profile, oh, perhaps because I noticed the word 'cat', being a lover of cats and such. My question is: if a romance reader were to chose one of your books to read which one would you suggest? I prefer an adult style of writing rather than children's books. I do read Dan Brown, Michael Connelly and John Hart as well.
Thanks, Kathi
Hi Kathryn.
Romance Novels? I think straight romance would have to be Cathedral...unfinished here, and in serious edit, lol. I took a chapter from 2/3 of the way through the manuscript and created a pretty straight forward romance set in modern times: ... mehr anzeigen
I will be happy to check out your book and follow the links that you provided. Fantasy romance is good. I just watched the fantasy movie The Life of Pi this weekend and thought it was awesome.
For no reason at all, hi!
:) Hello. A nice Hi is always warm and cheery on a chilly Sunday morning.
I've started reading some of your stories, I like what I've seen.
Gracias por todo, Peter:)
Let me take a moment and see what you have been up to!
