You pulled at every emotion with this one Elizabeth. I fell into your main character completely, and found myself just truly heart-broken at the end (although the very end was also 'cute' in a way :)

I truly enjoyed this! I personally have a 72 year old grandmother suffering from Alzheimer. I see her talking to herself, arguing and even crying. She really believes to see people who are either harassing her or reminding her of her past. She's forgotten completely of her late husband who past away four years ago and that's why she moved in with my mom. Elizabeth - very good story. I have some thoughts going through my mind about it, so I may leave another comment later. One thing that struck me about the descriptions, though, was I feel like you describe some things for the sake of putting in descriptions. Some descriptive language is very moving, like the way she describes herself. Other examples, like the fact that the table she sits at is a formica table, doesn't add... mehr anzeigen
