Listening to Lara's Theme while reading your poem is pure magic, Elizabeth! Lovely!
Blessings! Petra :))
p.s. Dr. Zhivago -- the greatest love story on film, in my humble opinion!
Love gently pushes dark clouds away;
bringing in place a sunshiny day.
It sweeps from mind all sadness and woe;
giving love, sweet love...may it ever be so!
Elizabeth...my mind is on love today, and this little rhyme teased with my brain...now it's out, I can go about my day!
I love your poem 'When I was Young'. I love the songs and everything you did to it! Nice job! :)
I loved 'When I was Young'. Plaintive, but oh so very sweet. Hey Gal that's that's my kinda music too! Liz - if I may call you that, if what you say is true, try out my book 'Sands of Time'. I will test and run the gauntlet of your emotions. It's long and the war genre might put you off, but I think you will love the characters. Welcome to this site. Regards, Ray
p.s. got a cute little kid's poem too.
I have a new networking book site: http://authorsden.com/visit/viewwork/asp?id=37210. Thanks, Elizabeth
If you should visit this site, please stick around to read my info, my poem...and listen to the music. It is another of the world's wondrous offering that fills us; it is likened to our senses in the ways our words touch us. I think of the deaf who cannot hear, the blind who cannot see, and know that no matter what comes down the road, as long as I am blessed to receive all these abilities, I am humbled indeed! Wa Do, GOD. Elizabeth
Nice job! I love it!! Keep up the great work. =-)
Well done, another surprise from etelizabeth.[ your profile poem]

You did it, Elizabeth! Wunderbar! This piece sounds familiar! Oh,it's The Miracle of New York! LOL Music just adds that extra something, doesn't it? Petra :))
To read is to learn, to understand is to know, and to have love returned is to have the world!
