There are many stories like this one and you've done a good job telling this part. There are few typos and grammar errors as well as cliched statements, but it's well put-together and, even though it is sad, it shows the courage of the human soul.

Wow! I don't know if you personally wrote the pain of losing a child from a past experience, but you portrayed well the feelings of a lost of a child. This month, on the 25th its the 7th year anniversary of my first son's death, Joseph Avier. He died 3 days old. Don't worry, I'm emotionally stable, especially aware of God's promise in his word, the bible. I know I will see him again. I personally just wanted to share that with you, so you know when I say how deep and touching your tale was, you know that I speak from the heart. You wrote a nice inspirational tale, displaying the harsh life of domestic violence and how in a blink of an eye, we can lose our love one. I hope your readers reflect on the importance of breaking free from the domestic violence cycle, and how we need to move forward in life after the death of a love one. Keep up the good work.
