Picturesque, but who is the person talking too? Is he supposed to be talking to the white lady? Or is this an actual person who got him hooked?
A little confusing for my taste, but again, picturesque.
If you had clarified who the person was talking too, it would have been much better for me. God bless.
This is something of a criminal mind confessing the past mistakes and the conscience keep on bugging that spirit of regretfulness.

Are you following BookRix on Twitter? @BookRixUS? I am going to suggest they tweet about this story as it is told in such a real fashion. There is nothing pretty about addiction and you have captured the pain/darkness/heartache perfectly.
Apparently my book isn't suitable for children under the age of ten. I'm sorry for that. It was my understanding that this site was a place for writers to come and share their stories, and then receive some sort of praise or criticism for it. Not a place for children to come along and try to ward off people's works by telling others not to read it.
