There are a ton of books coming in. Maybe they just haven't gotten to some yet.

Hi Mileena, You were notified via email regarding issues with your book that caused it to be rejected from sale. Your book cover was pixelated and your text was too short. Your text must be a min of 2500 words. You re-submitted your book for sale without fixing the required corrections therefore, your book was no longer considered for distribution and the sale was stopped. If you would like to make the corrections to your book, you must wait 2 more weeks and then the book will go back to an "In progress" mode therefor you can gain edit access to your book once again.

Hi Demonata-freak, we are sorry that you are having issues with your internet however, because of the site changes some features had to be removed to make room for new features so sadly, the blurb while hovering over a book has been removed. We are so sorry but we can try to see if we can bring it back in the future.

Administration will answer you, but I'm going to say this. Make sure you have your best work, even if it's for free. Because it's your name on the book and people seeing a not so good book with your name on, will end associating your name to not so good books and don't buy anything from you.
Your reputation is in the way. Make sure the book you sell is polished. It might not be perfect, but at least it's good.

Hi Arooha, Yes, if you are submitting your book to the shops, regardless of the price, if it doesn't fit the shop guidelines and standards, it will get rejected.

I already have a book for sale online but I want to add to it or make a correction. Is it still possible to still edit the book?

Yes, you can, however you must stop the sale of your book to remove it from the market, wait the 4 week time period, then you can edit it and put the book back up for sale if you wish. To stop the sale of your book, you must click on the tool icon on the edit page of your book and then click "Stop sales".

Can I change the price of my book after I have put it up for sale?

Yes, but you can only do so after you have stopped the sale of your book and wait the 4 week time period. After the 4 weeks have passed, you can edit your eBook including the price.

How do I remove a book that I already have for sale?

If you no longer want a sale book to appear on your profile, you must stop the sale of your book via the settings tool icon from your book edit page. Once the 4 week time period has passed, you can edit your book or delete it from the site.

If my book gets rejected for any reason can I make my corrections to that same book and put it for sale again?

Yes, of course you can. If your book gets rejected and doesn’t meet the criteria for sale, you will receive an email from BookRix support informing you of your rejected book and the issues of concern. Your book will then be set to an “In progress” view, which means only you as the author can view the book. At that point, you can make your edits/corrections and put your book back up for sale once again for a second review. If your book is rejected a 3rd time, we will no longer consider your book for sale.

Hi Demonata-freak, BookRix normally only reviews books that are for sale via the BookRix self-publishing service. If a book fits our criteria, then we offer help to the author to aid in marketing the book for more exposure.

Hi Mileena, your book, Plants vs Zombies, had a cover that was copyrighted and pixelated. It had been rejected a few times because of the cover issues. We had created a cover for you that is copyright free and not pixelated in order to get your book approved for sale. If you do not like the cover, you can send us a high quality cover image (over 1000 pixels in size that is not blurred, pixelated or copyrighted and, if it's approved, we can upload the new image for you to you already for sale book.
You can send your image to support-en@bookrix.com. State all the info in your email so the team is aware of what book to reference.
