Good Morning to all writers/readers out there! I am also new to BookRix, and was hoping someone is interested in writing historical fiction. I am studying the war in North America during the larger War of 1812 in Europe. I am writing a tale of a Montrealler who joins up with the New York Militia, to face General Brock at Queenston Heights, Ontario. Anyway, I was hoping someone out there was a student of military history, and could give me some pointers about the period. I enjoy reading the posts, especially the ones written in German. It has been a long time since I could understand that spoken word. It was nice stopping by. Keep writing, everyone.
