I think the plot is really good, but I'd just like to say...your grammar is terrible. Maybe ask someone to edit it just for grammar or something?

i can see you replaced some of the curse words...but on page 98 when Carrie says "Sod you!", you can tell what you actually meant. this book is very good. i have always liked fantasy books

I presume you mean what's? and from Twilight no not at all , previous to this story I wrote a lot of erotica and my daughter was frustrated because I wouldn't allow her to read them, so she requested the story. instead vamp - human she wanted vamp - werebeast and as an avid lover of Lara Adrian J r ward sherrilyn Kenyon Kresley Cole etc.. I thought more about their styles and their interpretations of vampires , werebeasts and basically anything paranormal so I created my own version. as for the place "Ports Townsend" I researched areas across the world with least daylight , high/low temperatures , rain fall and so on , and from the list of places gathered Port Townsend was most beautiful , most full of history and wildlife that I decided would be a perfect location setting.
This book is nothing like Twilight , for starters my Vamps don't sparkle lol . Also may I add that this is actually the era for Vampire books, movies games etc..

I do appreciate honest criticism and I guess I should Thank you for taking the time out to read the story so far I am sorry its not to your liking.
