Another lovely story Angely, your grandparents went through a lot, its good that they past just some of what they learned and did to you and that you have graciously added them here for us. Also loved the poem, poet.
There is something classical in the titles of Ojos, y El Rio Entre Tu Y Yo. Sadly, my mastery of Spanish is limited, but the English translations so make up for having missed the nuances of your work in Spanish. These two poems are wonderful. I don't think I had the pleasure in my first read to see Dictator! This is a marvelous biography of a woman's reminiscence. So enjoy your voice and history, Angely.

I found this collection very interesting and diverse. I really liked the poem "eyes". I am curious though, the right hand justification threw me a little bit. What was the reason for that?
Your poems are beautiful and your stories are riveting! As a Puerto Rican myself I've found there isn't nearly as much decent literature with a Hispanic slant as I would like and reading this book was extremely satisfying:)

Your book is very good. I truly love your poems. It's the best part of your book. I would like to see more poems in this book because I think your poems have a lot of expression. I didn't see too much of grammar issues. You might want to watch the structure of your sentences, but overall it's an excellent read.
